Co-founder and CTO of a property management SaaS platform serving the BC rental market. I own the production stack end to end cloud infrastructure on Cloudflare Workers and Supabase, CI/CD, and release management. My focus is the monitoring layer: knowing a deployment, database, or integration has failed before a customer does.

Built and administered the ingestion pipelines feeding Wilmar's sales reporting across Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire, consolidating SAP, ERP, and POS data into SQL Server. Instrumented the data quality checks, freshness thresholds, and job-failure alerting that caught broken feeds before month-end close. Served as Level 3 escalation point across pipelines, databases, and dashboards, with Linux administration and automation in SQL, Python, and PowerShell..

Monitored production servers, scheduled jobs, and data feeds across Wilmar's West Africa operations, owning alert response and driving incidents to closure. Provided Level 2/3 troubleshooting across applications, databases, integrations, and infrastructure, using SQL and scripts to interrogate logs and reconcile source-to-report variances. Authored runbooks and contributed to post-incident reviews that converted findings into preventive changes.
